ABOUT LEXSERVE
The idea of LexServe was conceived in 2009 when entrepreneurial lawyers from the National Law Schools came together to deliver quality paralegal services while leveraging on demographic and cost advantage offered by India. Over the years, LexServe has witnessed a transition from merely an association of persons to a formal partnership. LexServe is now exploring the feasibility of getting incorporated. Besides having full time professional staff, LexServe has devised an innovative structure whereby it seeks the services of consultants who specialize in their respective fields. The consultants supervise and add value to the project being handled by the LexServe professional. The professional team of LexServe is a balanced mix of transactional as well as litigating lawyers. LexServe operates from a fully functional office located at Software Technology Parks of India, Jodhpur and has networking offices in New Delhi as well as Mumbai.

STRUCTURE
The workflow process envisages hassle free and timely delivery to the Client. Depending upon the nature of project, a 'one point contact personnel' is entrusted to the Client, who bears responsibility for meeting the client's mandate.
LexServe professionals are well versed with execution of a project on an online platform/client's server. LexServe also offers captive working, where if the Client wishes to supervise the work, he is assigned a team from LexServe for such execution.
HUMAN RESOURCE
LexServe is driven by full time professionals guided by consultants. Presently the team comprises of two lawyers, each assisted by one research assistant cum associate. As a policy, LexServe recruits from National Law Schools only.
LexServe team prides in having diverse exposure to transactional as well as litigation related practice. In their previous roles, the members of the team have had the experience of: maintaining knowledge database of a leading private bank; setting up of debt and equity oriented funds in Mauritius and distribution of their units/shares in other jurisdictions etc.
